A poor-fitting adult diaper is worse than no diaper — it leaks, bunches, and draws attention. Tiny Care Large is sized for a true fit with 360° elastic stretch that adapts to body shape without pinching, sagging, or slipping.

The Dignity Promise
Tiny Care Technology
Leak-Proof Protection + Odour Lock — The Dignity Promise
Neither works alone. A diaper that protects but smells defeats the purpose. Tiny Care combines both into one system — so you or your loved one can live without compromise.
12hContinuous leak-proof protection
2×Dual padding absorption layers
0Odour traces with Lock Technology
Two systems. One promise.
🛡️Leak-Proof CorePhysical ProtectionDual padding layers absorb fast and hold heavy volumes. Elastic leg cuffs and fitted waist form a physical seal in every position — sleeping, sitting, moving.
🌸Odour Lock LayerSocial ConfidenceA neutralising layer inside the core breaks down odour-causing compounds at the source — not masking with fragrance, but eliminating the odour entirely.
How the absorption system works
01
Rapid Acquisition LayerThe top layer pulls fluid away from skin within seconds — critical for adult incontinence where volumes can be sudden and large. Skin doesn't sit in wetness.
02
Dual Padding DistributionTwo absorbent padding layers distribute fluid evenly across the full core — preventing localised saturation that leads to leakage under pressure or movement.
03
SAP Gel LockSuper-absorbent polymer converts fluid to a stable gel — it cannot flow back to the surface even when the user turns over during sleep or changes position.
04
Odour Neutralisation LayerIntegrated odour-lock compounds neutralise ammonia and other breakdown compounds as they form — not a fragrance cover, a chemical neutralisation. Works for the full wear period.
💡 How the wetness indicator works
🟡Dry — Yellow LineIndicator stripe is visible and yellow. Diaper is dry or minimally used.
🔵Wet — Colour ChangeStripe shifts colour when core reaches adequate saturation. Time to check.
✅Change NowNo guessing, no unnecessary disturbance. Caregivers act on signal, not schedule.
"Dignity isn't a tagline — it's an engineering goal. Every layer in Tiny Care is designed so that incontinence stays private, discreet, and manageable. That's the promise."
Common questions
Does the odour lock work for bowel incontinence as well?
The odour lock layer is primarily optimised for urinary incontinence. For bowel incidents, prompt changing remains the most effective approach — the layer will provide some odour control but is not a substitute for timely change.
Can the diaper be used overnight without a change?
Yes — the 10–12 hour capacity is designed for overnight use. The wetness indicator will show when a change is needed. For users with sensitive skin, we recommend checking at least once during the night.
Is the diaper safe for users with diabetes or sensitive skin conditions?
Yes. The aloe vera–infused inner layer and dry-surface design reduce irritation risk for sensitive skin. For users with diabetes-related skin vulnerability, combine with regular changing and barrier cream as advised by a healthcare provider.
What if the diaper leaks even at the correct size?
Check that the leg cuffs are fully unfolded outward before putting on the diaper. A folded cuff is the most common cause of preventable leaks. Also ensure the waistband is fully extended and not rolled under.

Pant style vs tape style — which is right?
🩲Pant StyleBest for: Independent users
Pull on and off like regular underwear
No assistance needed for changes
Discreet under clothing — no bulk
Better for ambulatory, mobile users
More dignified for self-managing users
Ideal if the user can stand or sit independently during changes.
Ideal for hospital, home care, or post-surgery recovery situations.

Getting the fit right
📏
Measure at the hip, not the waistFor adult diapers, hip circumference is the key measurement — not waist. Measure around the widest point of the hips for the most accurate size selection.
🔧
For tape style — unfold the cuffs firstBefore applying, ensure leg cuffs are fully unfolded outward. A folded cuff is the single most common cause of leaks in tape diapers and is entirely preventable.
↔️
When in between sizes, go largerA slightly larger size will perform better than one that's too tight. A tight diaper restricts circulation and is more likely to gap at awkward positions during sleep or movement.
"Many families keep both Pant and Tape style on hand — Pant for daytime independence, Tape for nighttime caregiver changes. Both offer the same protection level."
Common questions
Can a user switch between Pant and Tape style as their needs change?
Absolutely — many users do. Both styles are available in the same sizes and offer equivalent protection. Switching as mobility or care situation changes is common and practical.
My loved one is in between L and XL. Which should I order?
Order XL. For adult diapers especially, a too-tight fit creates discomfort and can cause pressure marks. A slightly larger size also accommodates any fluctuation in size during the day.
Are Pant and Tape styles equally discreet under clothing?
Pant style is marginally more discreet — it has no tape tabs and lies flatter under fitted clothing. Tape style is very close in profile but may have slight bulk at the tabs. Both are designed to be as slim as possible without compromising absorption.
