At Tiny Tods, we strive to provide high-quality baby care products that meet the expectations of our customers. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened diaper packs
  • Opened baby wipes packs
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted campaigns (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund in cases where:

  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
